By using our feature<\/span> Send exclusive<\/i><\/b>\u00a0you\u2019re able to send a preview to selected recipients, send a draft copy to a colleague, or to yourself to preview your content before publishing it.<\/span><\/p>\n

You start by creating your content in <\/span>Publish<\/i><\/b> and saving it as a draft, without publishing it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To use the <\/span>Send exclusive<\/i><\/b> feature, go to <\/span>Contacts<\/i><\/b>\u00a0> <\/span>Contact lists<\/i><\/b> where you will find the button <\/span>Send exclusive<\/i><\/b>. Click on Recipients<\/em> in the <\/span>To<\/span><\/i> field to add recipient lists or individual contacts. Suggestions will be shown to you while typing. Click to choose a list or email, or use the <\/span>Enter <\/span><\/i>key to add the marked suggestion.\u00a0<\/span>When you\u2019ve added your recipients, click on <\/span>Attach content <\/i><\/b>to select and attach your draft. <\/span><\/p>\n

If you want, you may add a subject for the email and a personal message, but this is purely optional, as it also works fine to leave those boxes empty.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, click on <\/span>Send exclusive<\/i><\/b> and your content will be sent by email, but will not be published in the newsroom. It might always be a good idea to first send to yourself only, then you can check if everything looks good before you send the material to other contacts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alternatively, you can go to <\/span>Send exclusive<\/b><\/em> directly from the edit page of e.g. a press release, by clicking on the button <\/span>Send exclusive<\/i><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Another way to use the feature <\/span>Send exclusive<\/i><\/b> is to <\/span>send already published content to more recipients<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
