{"id":4778,"date":"2021-07-20T14:43:01","date_gmt":"2021-07-20T13:43:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mndsupport.wpengine.com\/?post_type=faq&#038;p=4778"},"modified":"2022-02-10T10:20:42","modified_gmt":"2022-02-10T09:20:42","slug":"change-settings-user-account","status":"publish","type":"faq","link":"https:\/\/helpstaging.mynewsdesk.com\/en\/faq\/change-settings-user-account\/","title":{"rendered":"Where do I change the settings for my personal user account?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To change the settings on your press officer account, you click on your name in the upper right corner, and choose <\/span><b><i>User Settings<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the drop-down-menu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will now find the following options:<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) User details, including user interface language<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Change password<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) Two-factor authentication (2FA)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) Notifications about new followers<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e) Delete user account (will <em>not<\/em> remove the newsroom)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When logging in on a journalist account, you need to click on <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My profile<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to choose <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Settings<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the drop-down menu. To change email and name on a journalist account,\u00a0click on <i>My profile<\/i> and choose <i>Profile<\/i><\/span>.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Journalist accounts do not have the setting for follower notifications.
